THERE'S GONNA BE SOME LAYOFFS!

Yes!
The title is in capital letters.

I have 3 cats.

(This is just one of the three and he is the ALPHA KITTY.)

Apparently they THINK they live in my house for their good looks.

Well, they are wrong!

Today I discovered evidence of a mouse.
GAG!

I can do a lot of things.
(I'm an ER nurse for Pete's sake!)
BUT.....
I can't do rodents!

I spent the day with clorox and a fine-tooth comb.
I won't tell you how many mouse traps have been set.

The cats better get busy and act like there is a recession.

Cuz I'm the boss. I'm not afraid to lay them off!

Also, I've been informed that even though I have three cats I am NOT the crazy cat lady.
That distinction is for someone who dresses up their cats.

What about someone who puts wigs on their cats?

Those mice are not dumb, have you checked the temps outside lately? I think they cut a deal with the felines.

ooohhhh! I don't do rodents either! I love the photo of your cat. I'll have to forward you the link to a cute cat video - it's really short but so cute!

Cats eat mice. Isn't that their job?
I say fire them, cross the picket line and get some thugs in there who'll do the dirty work.

EWWWWW! I would be afraid to sleep at night. Hope the little guy(s) get chased away quickly!

I'm not really a cat person (don't hate me) but that picture is awesome. Now if they weren't killing the rodents I'd get rid of them... Why else would someone own a cat!?

If you were to get one more cat I would name you my creepy cat lady friend, just sayin.

good luck finding the rodent. my cat would never go after a mouse but my sons min pin dog sure will do the trick. you wanna borrow him?

If you have 3 cats, they're all waiting for the other one to get to work! Yeah, some layoffs might just work!

I love cats, but it is rather a bother when they don't do their job. Maybe you should post a sign saying "Cat wanted to kill mice." that might put a scare into them.

Eeeeek!!! I hate having rodents in the house...sometimes our felines thinks it's funny to bring a live one in and let it go as if saying, "Here I've done my part you do the rest"

Good luck!! Nice blog layout!

Dang cats! We're in the same boat round here... last week I saw 2 mice in different window wells. I know they were just feeling the warmth and waiting for thir chance to come in. Doesn't the cat know we only keep him for rodent purposes purposes? I've seen him snatch up a snake, so a mouse should be cake right? Maybe if I cut his food rations back, he'll be hungry and get those nasty little fellows! Good luck my freind!

We had a recent rodent invasion at our house too! I hate those little things...and they can get everywhere!
I don't have a cat...so hoping that the D-Con does the trick.

Ick! I once found a dead mouse in our pool and wanted to dump gallons of bleach in it to sterilize it.

Hope you catch that rodent...my cats won't eat them but I have one cat that would play with it until it could move no longer. I guess only hungry cats consider rodents pleasing to the palate. Hugs

Clorox I can understand. Where does the fine tooth comb come in? Did they need a new doo? Ha ha
I do not do mice...ick! We've had a couple of mice over the years and my cat was totally useless too! Good thing the husband was not!!

We can can be crazy cat ladies together! Huzzah!

Honestly--I couldn't figure that picture out at first--I blame my shifty bifocals.

My kitties are pretty good at the mouse thing but our new house has had a couple so we set traps and we caught one...............................under the jacuzzi tub in our master bathroom of all places!!!

My sister found a mouse in her car the other day...she may have passed out. Rodents are only cute in Stuart Little!

I have one good hunter cat and one fat lazy cat. The hunter is an awesome mouser... the lazy one wouldn't catch a mouse unless it climbed into her mouth.
