"Snow is Gone" Giveaway!

As promised in the previous posts, I am having a giveaway to celebrate the disappearance of the snow in my yard! Thank you 60 degree weather for the past 2 days. I'm looking forward to spring and flowers and digging in the dirt.
In celebration I'm having an awesome giveaway. Three prizes...
Prize #1
Everybody needs one of these guys. I've had several and have given them away as gifts for birthdays and Father's Day. Has always been a big hit. Allow me to demonstrate:

This is an egg yolk separator.

Crack your egg into this guy's head and tip the guy slightly forward like so....

And taadaa, the egg white is separated from the yolk! Now who wouldn't want one of these awesome things! Well, this is the last one available! (Interestingly enough, I know a person who looks "eggs"actly like this egg separator, slightly disturbing.)
Prize #2:
For all quilters out there I'm offering this book:

It's called "Quilts! Quilts! Quilts!" By Diana McClun and Laura Nownes. I bought this and many other quilting books when I had a desire to learn to quilt. Accompanying this book will be 3 small quilt blocks that I attempted, then realized there was no way on this green earth I was ever going to be a quilter.

Now who wouldn't want a sample of my dismal failure? You can use them for bookmarks, dust rags or tissues. Speaking of tissues.....
Prize #3:
A cutsie little tissue holder made by "moi" complete with tissues inside (unused of course) AND and handful of drug rep pens!

So there ya have it! My celebration in getting rid of the last of my snow. I'm so dang happy that I don't have to continue to lob snow over the fence into my neighbors yard...or not....
Anyway, to enter the drawing just leave a comment on this post AND tell others to do the same. The drawing will be held on the 18th while I am at work so that my co-workers can do the drawing. I may even take pictures of them so you can see how weird they are. ER people are very weird people.
Happy Spring EVERYONE!!!

I love my mom's egg yoke separator, but I could use the tissue holder and pens. Many tears are being shed with Michael being gone and I use pens all the time.

I have never seen an egg youk sparator and I think only a fellow nurse would see the humor in such a unique gadget as the egg yolk separator. COUNT ME IN FOR THAT ONE!!!! My kids will have fun with it.

If I don't win that I can always use pens. I can never have enough, 'cause I loose them all the time.

Can't wait to see who wins.

Glad the snow is gone.

I love the separator. That is so funny about the nose and the whites coming out of it. Man my boys might actually help me cook :)

Hello! These prizes are indeed delectable, but believe it or not, I already have an egg separator. It's not as groovy as yours, but it does the trick. And I only recently learned to SPELL the word "quilt", so I don't need that one. And I even have one of those funky tissue holder doo-dahs.

So I'm the gal who's got everything! I mostly dropped by to say Hi and to thank you for commenting on my blog recently. Those comments are Peanut Butter M&Ms to the blogger's soul, aren't they?

OK, I'm back. This time to tell you that I'm sending a daughter to BYUI in the fall. So if she takes a tumble on that polished ice, I can send her to see you, right?

Reading your profile, I have to confess I believe you and I are at opposite ends of the LDS woman spectrum! I honestly marvel that they let a craft, canning, sewing, gardening-impaired ding dong like me (who is also lousy in a crisis; I'm far more likely to be the one being wheeled into the ER) stay in the church. I guess it's because I can play the piano...

Wow. That egg yoke separater is amazing. Who'd of thought of all the goo coming out of the nose? It's genious. A fitting tribute to spring and hay fever.

I live in Colorado and know it is snowing there today. The sad thing is it is in the 70's here and we get your storm at the end of the week. big Bummer!

I want to tissue holder --the egg seperater is disturbing --looks like snot coming out a nose---and I DON'T quilt. I sleep with quilts and that's it. So it's the tissue holder for me --YOU WANT ME TO WIN DON'T YA. I love the new look on your blog.

I am in! Something about the drug rep pens being a part of the fun give away... I mean, who in their right mind would pass that down?

Also, thanks for the offer to entertain my daughter Annelise while she is at BYUI. If you have read any of the blog, you will see that she has had a wonderful experience there in Rexburg.
