WEEKS IN PHOTOS

The grandkids here to celebrate Grandpa's birthday!
Jessica, Lexi and Krew playing with bubbles.
I cooked more in the last week than I have in months!
Lynsey enjoying the benefits of cosmetologist baby sister.
Going from short hair...

To long hair.
Amazing!

 Education!
In the last 6 weeks I've had to re-certify in

Neonatal Rescusitation
Advanced Trauma Life Support
Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Keely came for the local high school graduation to support some young ladies that she's known for years. We did lunch with Lynsey and Kimmie.
What is she doing?
Licking Doritios.
They were stale and she didn't want to eat them.
Strange child.

Nate was home for a week.
Working in the oil fields has been tough for this little family.
They LOVE when he's home.
Krew and Kendrix can't get enough of daddy.
Had Lexi last weekend. We went to the Farmers Market and I bought her Cotton Candy.
And I let her eat the whole thing. Cuz Lynsey was picking her up to take her home. It's awesome being grandma! The End

Love the pictures. I agree..that is amazing to go from short hair to long instantly. Just like you, I give my granddaughter sugary treats when I know that she will be going home soon. That's the fun of being a grandma! :)

Sounds like you have been very busy at work. You need a little R & R.

It looks like you are surrounded by lots of love. I think it is perfectly fine to load up grandchildren on sugar and send them home, it only seems fair to me. TeeHee!

So much going on in your world. So glad for all the visitors. Lovely pictures. Gee, maybe I could lick some Doritos but not eat them on my low carb diet :)

Thanks for sharing your week with us. There'a lot of fun things going on in your life. Thank goodness for families who keep us grounded. Upgrading medical skills must be an on going thing.

Don't forget to take time just for you. JB

First of all, and most important, how in the world did she do that hair thing? And instead of making it long can you just add more hair for those of us with aging, thin hair inherited from our mothers. :( If they're making bubbles it must be summer! I've done that cotton candy thing....payback I call it. blessings, marlene

You were one busy Nurse, Mom and Grandma! Isn't it fun to have family at home! (Isn't it fun when they leave?) Did I say that out loud?

Amazing hair!

What a fun post filled with fun things.

If I come visit, can I get cotton candy too? Grandkids and spoiling them are the best thing to ever happen in life.

I love her hair. I would love to do that. I don't know if any salons around here even do that....

Isn't being a Grandma the best? We get them all liquered up on sugar and then turn 'em loose!
We know families that are doing the same thing, working in the oil fields, and it is hard.
Your yard looks great, and the kids look happy. Must be doing something right :)

Thanks for sharing the pictures of your beautiful family! You are one busy woman! and I didn't know that you are a NICU nurse. My next door neighbor is one and she teaches the classes that you said you had to take to re-certify.
That is funny that you let your granddaughter eat that whole sugary treat and then send her home. Bet Mama and Daddy were none too happy. LOL
Thanks for visiting me.
