I'M NOT CAPABLE OF NORMAL

Howie flew home last night.
He always texts me when he gets to the airport to head home.

Yesterday afternoon I received this text:
He's the yellow text box, I'm the blue.
Seriously, I cracked myself up!
Who knew that the Periodic Table could be so fun???
(AND who knew I would ever use it after I received my Bachelors?)
And then another text a few hours later:
(Again, I think I'm pretty funny.)
AND still one more:
(On the Periodic Table Copper is Cu.
Get it? C. U. ....see you there....)

Ok, maybe it was only funny at 10:30 last night after a 12-hour shift in the ER.
And last picture.
Taken this afternoon in the backyard.
(Photo challenge from Gigi to take pictures of fences.)

Seriously, I love each one of your posts. I'm going to steal your periodic table texting style for next time I text my chemist husband and daughter. I wonder if they'll get it. :)

I think that's pretty funny! My SIL is a pharmacist, and you guys have the same sense of humor . . . hehehe!

We didn't get any snow today!! It looked really black out my back window this morning, so I could tell you folk up North were in for it! Looks like it all landed in your back yard! The sun is shining right now in my yard, hope it lasts!

Hugs,
Barb

The snow is very beautiful - I know you hate it but it is beautiful!!!

Glad Howie made it home!!

Can't believe that is your yard today! Not even any chicken prints in it yet! I am so sorry that you have that much snow on the 12 of November, that is just sad. But very proud you dusted off that camera and took such a beautiful picture! Gorgeous! Just like you :)

You crack me up!

The snow is beautiful and no we haven't gotten any. We usually dont' get a lot of snow where I live, maybe just couple of times a year but it doesn't stick around very long.

Ha, great minds think alike, imagine us both making veggie chowder on the same day. It is good stuff for the cold weather.

#1. wish my backyard looked likes yours (especially since the outside christmas lights are up).

#2. I so love your humor. Last week Gordon and I went to see our neighbor who had a CABGx2 and I asked him " . . .so when are you going to show me your zipper?" At least yours was with your husband. hehehehehehe

I can't believe your snow. It's supposed to be 70 here today.

Well it sure made me laugh, so clearly I appreciate your humor!

Valerie said...

You made me laugh! But you're definitely SMARTER than I am because I don't remember the periodic table AT ALL...
Cu... That's HILARIOUS! I'll have to remember to use that with Max. He's smart enough that he'll probably understand it.

It's going to be a long winter. Isn't it? We went walking in the dry farms again this morning and I'm going to have to start wearing my boots.
