STRAWBERRIES!

Today I spent an entire day in the kitchen.

With 50 pounds of frozen strawberries.
100 pounds of sugar.
56 boxes of SureJell
And a bunch of freezer containers.
110 pints of freezer jam.

I need to clean the sticky floor.

Oh my goodness, who is going to eat all that freezer jam? Family of course... right. That is an amazing amount of strawberry jam.

Do you grow your own berries? I used to grow and sell some strawberries as a very small u-pick but I developed a severe sensitivity to strawberries like my grandfather and my brother. I can touch them but I can't eat them.

Have a restful weekend.
Hugs,
JB

I wouldn't have that much freezer space! But I'd love to be tasting some of it right now. :) blessings, marlene
