I became a parental
to this:
Shockingly enough I went on to
parental 4 more times!
We celebrated by eating Mexican food.
Not everyone was thrilled about it.
This is four of my five offspring.
We missed you Matt.
Happy Birthday Lynsey! You've brought us much joy.
Lynsey my oldest and Candice my youngest.
I do have a question....how is it possible that I have a 32 year old child?
P.S. 6 days until Florida!
Happy Birthday to your sweet Lynsey! Hugs
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to your sweet girl! I don't know how they manage to grow up so quickly either. :(
ReplyDeleteYou must have been a mere child when you parentaled her! Happy Birthday to Lynsey! You have some good looking kids, I know where they get their looks from!
ReplyDeleteHappy Cinco de Mayo!
It doesn't really seem possible. Probably a mistake somewhere.
ReplyDeleteYou parental good. Happy birthday, Lynsey. They do grow old too soon. Dang it!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same thing as Connie, you are just a young thing yourself :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! You oldest is a year and a half older than mr- so you could be my mommy :)
ReplyDeleteno kidding! how IS that possible?! i'll be 32 this fall, and you are much-much to young to be my mom! ::hugs:: love you! happy belated to lynsey!
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday to Lynsey! She is one year and one week younger than me.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Lynsey!
ReplyDeleteI feel your 'age' pain. It's probably a good thing that we parental more offsprings before they are teenaged.
Happy day, happy day!!!
Looks like a fabulous way to celebrate! Hope Lynsey has a blessed year ahead. I love Mexican food. Wishing you a wonderful Mother's Day!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Lynsey. You have gorgeous kids. (PS - You have mentioned to them the age-old motherism "If the wind changes your face will stay that way"??)
ReplyDeleteAnd thank you for your sweetness on my blog.
ReplyDeleteNo possible way. You are far too young.
ReplyDeleteAre you sure she's 32? 'Cause you don't look more than a minute older than that yourself!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to your beautiful daughter!
How is it possible? Well it's your own fault for giving birth when you were 12.
ReplyDeleteLove the pics. You have a great looking family! And I pull that same face when I don't want what's for dinner too.
possible...because you had her when you were only 13...did you forget.
ReplyDeleteHer first picture was funny...I see some of your spunk in that.
I hope she had a great day!!
is parental a word???
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome family and sweet b-day party. I'm with you, how can you be the mom of a 32 year old. The years just fly by and I'm asking myself, How can I have a 13-1/2 year old grandson with #'s 16 & 17 on the way!
ReplyDeleteYour kids are great and you are too...Happy Mother's Day to a super mom.
aw.. y'know, pictures of kids just don't stop being cute do they?
ReplyDeleteHappy B'day Lynsey :)
and yes, I'm going to be a better blog-friend... starting... ummm, now I guess :)
My mother asks me the same thing. And, I want to know how I got that old in the first place. Isn't amazing how fast time really does fly?
ReplyDeleteSo basically Kristina P. could be your daughter, how cool would that be!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to your beautiful girl!
Have fun in Florida!
Y'all have the prettiest eyes! I always notice your eyes first! The babies are so dang cute. You are one lucky GRANDma!
ReplyDeleteMy first baby is 6 weeks older than your first baby. Really we were way to young to have children!
Woo hoo, Florida needs to watch out for the Tsunami which is headed their way!
Happy Happy Birthday to Lynsey! I have met her in person so I feel special!!
ReplyDeleteShe doesn't look old enough to be 32 and I think you must have had her when you were 12 my dear!!
YOU are hilarious. I have had fun getting to know you and your blog. The diaper wedgie might have been my favorite. I think some babies do that so they don't have "diaper lines" when they wear tight pants.
ReplyDeleteWell, you guys must have some wicked good genes going on because she doesn't look 32 and you don't look old enough to have a 32 year old!
ReplyDelete(No really--no suck up intended......)
What the flagnon? YOU HAVE A 32 YEAR OLD? You could be her sister - you know that right?
ReplyDeleteAnd what strikingly beautiful children you have!
Happy Birthday Lynsey! And I love that pouting face on the baby! So cute
Happy Birthday to Lynsey. Bless you for raising 5 children. My son turned 32 in January and my daughter turn 30 on the 18th! Where have those years gone?
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Lynsey!!
ReplyDeleteTauna, I love how you spell all of your kids names and your heading with "became parental" made me laugh!! I can honestly say,you sure don't look old enough to have 32 year-old!
YAY for countdown until you're off on a getaway with hubby! I think I'm just as excited as you are!
You and Cherie were TWINNERS with both being parental on Cinco de Mayo!
Love the photos of your kids and grand kids! You're such an awesome mom and grandma! Hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day weekend!
That is so great :) I thought you were turning that age.. Seriously! Great job mommasita.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to your sweet girl! You must have been what...8? with her?? LOL!
ReplyDeleteHappy Mother's day too!
LOL I have been asking myself that question for a while now everytime I think of how old my children are getting.
ReplyDeleteHope she had a very happy Birthday.
Just had to come by and wish you a very Happy Mothers Day and I hope you enjoy your trip
Love ya
Maggie
I think people forget to talk to the parentals when it is a birthday. WE should be the ones that are celebrated, not the kids themselves. Sheesh!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to your daughter. Time just flies on by, doesn't it ; )
ReplyDeleteI find it hard to believe you're the mother of a 32-year-old also, as you're so obviously young at heart. :)
