A SURGERY

Rotator cuff
Bicep tendon repair
Labrum tendon repair

It took him forever to wake up.
In the medical profession we call him a "lightweight" or
a "cheap date".

Surgery went well.
Now for the long recovery.

GORGEOUS GIRLS

Even if
I do say so myself.
I LOVE having them here.
I love listening to them giggle with each other and telling each other secrets.

What a blessing daughters are.

RANDOMNESS

Stealing Pringles from grandpa's plate.
Favorite way of sleeping.
Blanket crocheted by great grandma Jensen when she was born.
Bedtime not attainable without it.
Snowman in the ER.
No attempts were made to save it.
THE LOOK.
I get it whenever I try to snap a picture.

BEST DAYS

Jessica was baptized today!

She was darling

Matt and Tara.
Josh, Jessica, Justin and Jaren.

Josh was ordained to be a Teacher in the Aaronic Priesthood.

It was a great day with family.
To celebrate things that really matter.

 Cool picture with "the boys".

Howard with our three sons.
Matt with his three sons.
Nate with his two sons.
Cameron with his one son.

Ridiculously cute!

Nate and Sara.
Krew and Kendrix.

Cameron and Guen and Teddy.

All of us.
(Except we are missing Lynsey and Lexi and Candice and Tyler)
I just LOVE these people!

These are days that matter most.

SPACE INVADERS

One of the first video games I remember was a game called Space Invaders.
So different than video games today.

This isn't a video game.
But it is a SPACE INVADER!!!

It was found in my bed.

We have grand kids for the weekend.

There has been a lot of horsing around.

And I mean A LOT!
And there has been a lot of giggling.
And cuteness.
I quite love Space Invaders.

PROVE IT!

Every two years I am required to prove myself.
Prove I am qualified to wear my badge to work.
To work in the ER.

I am required to take an Advanced Life Support Class
It always stresses me out!

I wore this shirt.
This is my "instructor" teaching  us about wave form capnography.

This "instructor" is my oldest child!!!
Do you have any idea what it is like?
To  be required to take a class from your own spawn?
To have to prove yourself competent?
To prove that you know something?
When to them you know nothing?

Stressful I tell ya!

And I passed.
Whew!
It's a good thing too.
I brought her into this world.......

But seriously, she made the class fun.
She's a great teacher.
And I'm so proud of her.
