Baby Bump

I hate being far away from Lynsey.
I miss seeing her every day.

I texted her and told her to send me a picture of the baby bump.

#ZELLA'S TRIBE

Today is National Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day

It is a day we have become more familiar with.

Little Leighton Zella received that diagnosis over a year ago.

She is a little fighter and is so in our hearts.

We are proud to be part of Zella's tribe.

She is a miracle and is so loved.

 

WHEN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IS YOUR FRIENDS

They are firefighters and paramedics.

In the ER we work with them closely and I feel like they are the best.

My favorite thing about them.....

 They have a Pipe Brigade

Bagpipes are my absolute favorite thing to listen to.
It gives me the shivers.

And these guys are good.

I begged them to come to the ER on the 17th because they were out and about the town playing.
And they gave us a personal concert in the ambulance bay!

is a twin of her father.

This photo is them at about the same age.

She goes 90 MPH all the time.

With a grin on her face.

And because she's such a stinker and so dang cute...

Yes, she is just like her dad....

and...

It's a good thing this is her dad.

 

 

 

SPRING SNOW

 I know snow that comes in March doesn't last.

 But that doesn't mean I like it.

BUT...It was supposed to be WARM!

This past weekend we drove to St George and Las Vegas to spend the weekend
with Matt's family and watch two of the grandsons play Lacrosse.

I don't know much about the sport but was really looking forward to spending that time
with them and of course....WARM WEATHER.

Well, that didn't happen.

 But I learned a bit about LaCrosse

 We enjoyed hanging out with these handsome grandsons.

 They are hilarious to be around.

But it was still fun.
And memorable.

Jaren's won 3 games and lost 1.
Justin's team won all 4 games.

We really had such a great time.

We babysat these two little kiddos while mom and dad had a little getaway.
They kept us busy.

 They entertain each other all the time.
All I had to do is to sit back and enjoy the show.

 And no visit is complete without a wrestling match.

AND WE ARE HAVING....

Our oldest child is having twins!

We were shocked that she was even having another baby.
They have one daughter and she is 9.

While we were in Costa Rica she called with the news that it was
twins.

I can't stop grinning.

This past weekend we drove to Denver.
She had a friend that was doing a Gender Reveal Party for her.

Apparently that's the thing to do.

Neither Lynsey or Nick knew what they were having.
The results had been sealed in an envelope and given to the friend doing the party.
