SURVIVAL....a few tips.

It takes a crazy special kind of person to live
in sub-zero temperatures.
There are benefits to living where it gets to -33 degrees.
(See yesterdays post.)

We don't grow cockroaches.
Or big spiders.
Or snakes.

In fact, some of our people are short.

I am terrified of all of the above....
except the short people.
(Cuz I'm a short people.)

In fact, Lisa Loo just may have a point.
People living here will live longer, ya know how freezing extends the shelf life of food and all.

I have learned a few things about surviving here.

Not only can you survive...

...you can THRIVE!

    This must be why I almost died everytime I stepped outside this week, I didn't have chocolate! I must go to the store as soon as possible!

    That's like a little fly-fishing tackle box filled with chocolate. How cute! My daughter (who went to school at Ricks back when it was Ricks) would love it. She calls Rexburg "muck-luck-land." I won't even mention that AZ is planning temps in the 70s by the weekend. I promise I won't tell you that.

    That is utterly adorable!! I want one. We need survival kits in Vegas too. Of course, in the summertime the contents would be melted all over the place.

    Oh that looks yummy! It's been pretty cold here, but not that cold. The funny thing is, we'll have a 50 degree day, followed by a 35 degree day. It's enough to drive you crazy!
