CHRISTMAS DOWN!

Amen.

I bribed my son with hard cold cash to take it down and pack it out.

And I went to bed.

I am not ashamed.

    That's how I got the tree up and decorated. It wasn't cash but I did get my daughter and her friend a shake at Sonic.

    Ours is all down too. It came down WEdnesday. I usually wait til New Years day, but I was ready this year.

    dang... I was late getting it up... and now I'm late getting it down...

    why mess with a good system?

    besides, I told ManOfTheHouse that the lights could stay up another week (it was bitter cold... yes, I'm a wimp) - so what would be the point of putting the rest of it away???

    I took ours down sooner than I have ever done before.

    And it felt so good!

    Course, I had to do it all myself. At least I was able to glare my hubby into carrying the totes up and down the stairs.

    Because of my weak condition and all that. :D
