Maybe I should start...

Christmas shopping, that is.
I got NOTHING and I'm not kidding!

But I'd rather read blogs.
Anyone wanna shop for me?
And wrap?
And bake?
And clean?

Accepting applications now.

  1. Well, at least you will probably get some excellent bargains!

Our roads have iced over in the last few hours and traffic is at a standstill. I'm glad I don't have to get out.

    Have fun!

  4. I haven't done anything either. One child taken care of - sort of. The other two are, well, we are thinking. Neighbor gifts, vt ladies, I really just want 12/16 to get here. And it's not like I do anything big or over the top, I just kind of don't want to be bothered. Something is serio wrong with me : )

  9. I'll shop for you if you'll shop for me! Honestly, what is it this year? I thought for sure I'd be done by now, but NOOO! I'll never change.
Should we have a race and see who finishes first?

  10. i'm in the EXACT same boat this year. i'm kinda loving it though. all my decor's been up since thanksgiving. but that's it. the only thing under the tree at any given moment is tuffy the cat, lounging upside down or in a pretzel shape! we've done everything else we usually do, and have actually been enjoying Christmas MORE this year! i'm thinking because i'm not in the mess & stress of shopping. may sound crazy, but i think i'm on to something here.
don't get me wrong. there will be presents. and there are some that i've picked up earlier in the year, but none are wrapped....and i don't intend on wrapping them for still a few days more. i'm adoring the fact that there is NO daily focus on the gifts in my family's life, nor on their steady accumulation under the faux-pine. anyhow, just had to give you props for being in the same life raft i am. high-5's all around! (and oodles of hugs as well, of course. lol.)

  11. Sorry but I can't help, I still have things to do too! Heck I've been up since 5am blogging so I can get some other things done today. Step away from your computer and get your shopping done!!! Have you left yet?

  12. I'm telling you---online is the way to go! I did a large portion of my parent's shopping for them online. Of course--I'm just the shopper, not the wrapper:)

  15. I've gotten most of mine by shopping on line and it hasn't been much. We have scaled W.A.Y. back this year which is good because I've been in such a mood, and not a good one either.
Hopefully you'll find it in you soon or a good helper.

  16. I'd tell you to hit the online shopping (you can read blogs in between), but is it too late for that?

  18. Honey do not tell me you are farther behind than me. lol
    OMG we both need help!
It will soon be over with though and we can always do better next year.

  19. I usually Christmas shop on christmas eve out of desperation. I always want my family to know my love is shown by all the thought I put into my gifts. Because you know it's way harder to think of things when there's only a few hours left. I believe that is when you work the hardest.

My mom should be coming to graduation. They are planning on it, but "watching the roads." My mom's a weeny when it comes to driving in any weather but sunny. Don't let her tell you otherwise. I'll have her call you or something if she comes. We will know tomorrow!

  20. Okay, I'll take shop, but only if the stuff is for me. You didn't mention "nap" or "eat". I can only assume you've got those covered. Good. Me too. :)
