Wasn't that a Marty Robbins song?
To say that Howie has been having the time of his life...
would be an understatement.
He says the scenery is amazing, especially from the air.
AND
We will be eating fresh halibut and salmon.
Yum.
This is the view from the lodge they've stayed at.
This is the view from the twin engine plane he's in.
Halibut fishing.
Howard, Mike and Jordan.
"Thanks Mike, for taking Howard along!"
Please. Tell him to send a snowbank down to me. I don't ask much. So. Hot. Here. :(

p.s I am so happy for your hubby that he is having this adventure!
He will have lots of things to share with you when he gets home. Most likely he will talk of this trip for years to come. Hugs
ReplyDeleteHow were the cucumbers when you got home?
ReplyDeleteMan, I want to go to Alaska. I was talking about this with my sister-in-law on this last trip that we went to St. George. We are thinking of doing an Alaskin cruise.
ReplyDeleteDid you say SALMON?
ReplyDeleteOnly my second favorite food on earth...right behind lobster!
My boys are dying to go there. Especially Connor who is my fish-loving boy.
ReplyDelete"North to Alaska...we're going north, the rush is on..." I believe that was Johnny Horton that coined the phrase? So jealous of your little trip! I watched as you posted pics on FB. Hope you had an amazing time!
