This is a snowblower.
It is used is for winter.
We have horrible snowy winters here in Idaho.
Awesome piece of machinery to have for those winter blizzards.
NOT for the 5th of April!
Seriously????
I'm trying to be grateful for the moisture.
Idaho depends on water for the summer.
We need it for farming.
12 inches of snow expected for tomorrow.
It started tonight.
Took us 45 minutes to drive 25 miles tonight.
Last week I was trying to decide if I should go to St. George, Utah or not.
"hmmm....stay home or go to St. George......hmmmm, what should I do"
All I can say is that it better be warm and sunny when I arrive tomorrow evening!sunshine I'm tellin' ya!
I'm hoping that it would be warm too, Tauna! My in-laws are coming in from Utah on Wednesday and I'm hoping that the weather here (rainy and humid) would not give them problems either.
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great Easter weekend. Our ceiling's not done yet, and as such our whole house is taped off, making it still non-habitable. :-(
Can't believe it's still snowing there. My kids come home this week- they're thrilled. It's 80 degrees here. Keep coming south!
ReplyDeletePlease bring back some sunshine! 12 inches, seriously?!
ReplyDeleteYou're going to be in St. George tomorrow? Vegas is only like two hours further south, why don't you come here instead?
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great time, and I hope it's warm there. It's been a little cool this week, but still it's got to beat snow!
We have snow in Buffalo, but not like you and I often wondered how do families survive in that weather, not the snow but the awful driving. Wishing you good weather soon.

This is the best Spring we have had in a long time. We had a little (and I mean little) snow on Friday night/Saturday morning, but it's gone. I will be very surprised if we don't get more--it's been a very but welcome Spring.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great time in St. George.
That is disgusting! Not the blower but the snow on April 5th!! I hope your travel improves the further south you get.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited you opted for St. George and I pray by the time you get there it is good and warm. I can't think of a better place to recuperate than in the warm sunshine, it does a body good.
The DIL was at Disney World yesterday and she said it was hotter than haites in Florida and never again would she take the GRAND~girls there in April and especially Spring Break. Dec, Jan or Feb is the only time to go! It was 90* or better. I know it was hot because it was 88* here yesterday and Orland is 4 hours south of here.
Enjoy your time away my dear favorite ER nurse, you deserve it!
Just realize that you'll be traveling through snow to get to St. George. We've got it here today too with more to come!
ReplyDeleteSending you a sunny day...
ReplyDeleteOhmygosh!! That is one thing I do NOT miss!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt does snow in Italy. But...IT'S ITAY, and therefore ok.
I'm not trying to be grateful about the moisture. I'm bitter at it. I want spring!
ReplyDeleteTauna - we drove into Rexburg Thursday afternoon in the middle of a snowstorm. We stayed one night and headed down to Utah but that one night was snowy, windy and cold - Bbbrrrr it definately felt like Christmastime or something. It was freezing!
ReplyDeleteYou guys are getting pounded! So glad you get to go to St. George. I know if she could, Brit would hop in the car and go with you!!
Have fun!
I LOL when I saw your blog background.. it does seem like January.. and it's depressing!!
ReplyDeleteI just came from 3 blogs back east showing cherry blossoms.. and saying it's been 70's and 80's. No fair I say.
Stop by and pick me up! I wanna go down to St. George! :)
If it helps, your Christmas background makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!
ReplyDelete*sniff* I feel your pain!
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous you have a snowblower though!
